How Can Windows 7 Help Your Professional Life?

Windows 7 Pro - have you ever thought about getting it? It is true that Windows XP has proliferated across different sectors from ticket booths to other public utilities or even as standard for business computing, but Microsoft has offered its latest applications and aligned it with the changes in hardware, updates in the Web and the way people relate to one another in their jobs.

Everyone has their preferences in terms of getting an OS, but Windows 7 is sure to contain enough of its perks to keep you interested.

First, there is the new task bar. This is one of the more prominent updates in Win 7. There is no more Quick Launch tool bar. Basically, every open window is grouped together as a singular icon. All you have to do is hover of the app icon so that you will get a preview into what each window is like. This is what they call Aero Peek. Some people may take time adjusting to this but this significantly reduces clutter and allows you to switch between apps much easily.

Second, Windows 7 interfaces very well with hardware. It’s inevitable that you do need to deal with printers, external disks or mobile devices. This gives you a lot of flexibility and gives Windows 7 the interactive capacities that OS’s may never have had previously. Additionally, it is not as restrictive as previous versions. There are fewer pop-ups and notifications this time around and the Action Center is where Win 7 messages are centralized. These include the Windows Update and the User Access Control.

Third, the Problem Steps Recorder allows you to be able to record and re-perform the problematic task. This allows you to track your progress and will better enable customer service reps help you resolve your issues.

Finally the Aero Snap and Aero Shake allows you to pull up a window, drag it to either side of the screen so that you can snap it there and take half of the screen. What this means is, if you are working on MS Word 2013 for example – you can open that and another document side by side. The Aero Shake simply allows you to take a window and shake it by moving your mouse and while doing this, all the other opened windows are hidden save for the one who want to focus on. Give it another shake and all the windows get restored.

Why not give Windows 7 Professional a try and see if any of these new features can help you work more productively and creatively.
